Check and plan overhanging components that are not flush with the PCB during panel assembly.

Are you installing overhanging components in panel stage or after you have removed the boards from the panel?

If you are assembling your overhanging component while the boards are still in the panel frame, you need to instruct your PCB fabricator to add internal routing in the panel frame to allow for the component overhang.
