This week CenSec gathered space-focused members, companies, and institutions at the SDU UAS Drone Lab in Odense for the launch of the CenSec Space Network – a new initiative designed to strengthen collaboration across Denmark’s growing space sector. CONFIDEEs Torben Hajslund participated in the gathering.
The meeting offered valuable insights into how the Danish Defence is approaching space at a strategic level, developing new capabilities, and engaging national companies in this process.
“The Danish space ecosystem is evolving rapidly -and collaboration is key,” says Torben Hajslund, Sales Manager Denmark at Confidee. “By connecting defence, research, and industry, we can ensure that the space supply chain remains secure, certified, and ready to support future missions, all aligned with CONFIDEEs strategy to provide compliant PCB supply chains.”
Participants also visited SpaceLine Labs, exploring their work on stratospheric satellites and sensor technologies.
CenSec’s Space Network provides a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, partnerships, and innovation – empowering Danish space companies to play a stronger role in both national and international space initiatives.
“We are proud and honoured to be involved in numerous space related projects, both with design input and compliance controls – we are reaching for the stars”, says Hajslund.
