CONFIDEE continues its transition from start-up to scale-up by strengthening the organisation with two new hires. Patryk Fedorowicz joins as Operations & Quality Specialist, whilst Rita Nebihi joins as Senior Accountant.

The expansion reflects increase in business and the company’s focus on strengthening the structure and operational robustness required for the next phase of growth.

With over 20 years’ experience in the PCB industry, Patryk provides a deep knowledge and understanding of the critical process control in PCB production. He will play a key part across all operational functions, including article creation, quotations, and EQ management, whilst strengthening the daily focus on quality across our global partner network.

“We are proud to welcome Patryk to the team. This position is central to ensuring consistent quality and compliance in one of the world’s most demanding electronics environments. His expertise, experience and detail orientation, are all skills of the highest importance for the position”, says Raymond Goh, COO of CONFIDEE.

Whilst the new Operations and Quality role is focused on strengthening day-to-day execution and quality assurance, the Finance role supports increased business volume through improved financial oversight, structure, and scalability.

“Moving from a start-up to a scale-up requires strong processes, accountability, and investment in people. We are pleased to welcome Rita, whose broad experience within accounting across different industries, will strengthen our financial efficiency and support our continued development.” says Goh.
