With a well-established presence in Sweden and continued growth, we are now expanding our Swedish team. We are seeking Sales Managers and Operations Specialists to support customers operating in defence, aerospace, space, and advanced electronics.

OPERATIONS
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive colleagues within Operations, with hands-on experience from Printed Circuit Board (PCB) business, to join our growing team and contribute to our mission-critical technology.  

About the Role:
As Operations, you will be central in sourcing, procurement, manufacturing negotiation and be an intricate member of one of the world’s most competent PCB operations teams. All to ensure consistent quality across our PCB manufacturing global partner base. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Quoting with the Operations team
  • Strengthen relationships with partners to ensure delivery, quality, and traceability 

About You: 

  • 3+ years of experience with PCB business
  • Analytical and structured, with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English and other languages is an advantage
  • NATO passport 

 

SALES MANAGER
CONFIDEE is expanding its Swedish team and looking for Sales Managers to support continued growth within defence, aerospace, space, and advanced electronics. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Managing and developing customer relationships in Sweden 
  • Supporting customers throughout the full sales cycle, from enquiry to delivery 
  • Coordinating closely with Operations and Quality to ensure compliant and secure supply chains 
  • Identifying new business opportunities within highly regulated environments 
  • Representing CONFIDEE with a focus on trust, transparency, and long-term partnership 

About You: 

  • Long sales experience within PCB 
  • Analytical and structured, with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally. 
  • Fluent in English and other languages is an advantage 
  • NATO passport
